This event will report on and discuss how CSU offered social work micro-skills counselling and, group work theory and practice residential schools online. The speakers developed a cooperative inquiry research project to distil and share our knowledge with other educational providers. They present the successful pedagogical and andragogical and heutagogical strategies and IT workarounds that achieved the best outcomes. The learning may be transferable to other disciplines such as education, psychology, nursing, occupational and physiotherapy. Also, cooperative inquiry had had positive outcomes in terms of the topic under investigation and the developing collegial relationships.
