My research looks at the role intellectual property law plays in the creation and circulation of scientific and technical outputs. Within this context I am currently looking at the challenges that information-based inventions pose for contemporary legal and regulatory arrangements. I am also looking at the role intellectual property law played in the formation of modern industrialized agriculture from 1870-1930.
