Professor ANDREW GOLDSMITH is the Director, Centre for Crime Policy and Research, Flinders University. Professor Goldsmith has longstanding research interests in the areas of policing, transnational and organised crime, and corruption. His current ARC projects examine the role of guns in crime and the Internet as a facilitator of youth delinquency. He has previously served on the ARC Humanities and Creative Arts panel and as a member of the HCA Panel in the ERA 2015. Other key appointments since 2000 include adviser to the Open Society Justice Initiative, consultant for UNDP, and member of the UN Police Division advisory group on international police peacekeeping deployments.
