Professor Ronald Masulis is the Scientia Professor of Finance and the Macquarie Group Chair of Financial Services. Professor Masulis specializes in corporate governance, corporate finance and law and economics. His current research spans the areas of boards of directors, corporate ownership structure and voting rights, executive compensation, corporate business groups, the market for corporate control and corporate business groups around the world.
Key appointments in the last ten years include Director of the Financial Intermediation Research Society, Vice President of the Financial Management Association International, Senior Academic Fellow of the Asian Bureau of Finance and Economic Research, and Research Fellow at the European Corporate Governance Institute.
