Adrian Wilkinson is Professor at Griffith University, Australia. Prior to his 2006 appointment, Adrian worked at Loughborough University in the UK where he was Professor of Human Resource Management from 1998, and he also served as Director of Research for the Business School. He has been shortlisted by HR magazine for the award of HR (Most Influential International Thinker.)

Adrian has authored/co-authored/edited thirty five books and over one hundred and fifty articles in academic journals. His research focuses on employee voice in organisations.
