Emeritus Professor Malcolm Rimmer is attached to the Department of Management at La Trobe University. He was previously Head of the School of Business, La Trobe University, and Chair of Academic Board. He has published extensively on aspects of industrial relations including Australian trade unions and the social processes for managing organisational change. He was co-editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources from 2007 to 2013. His current research concerns temporary migrant workers in Australian horticulture.
